Ojutai Exemplars: I must say, pretty good. Four mana 4/4 with three abilities that can be activated when you cast a noncreature spell.  Cantrips (cards that make you draw extra card for low mana) are especially good with this. Playable in standard, doubtful but it may be good in modern.

Anticipate: One of the aforementioned cantrips. I think this is playable in standard. Probably not in modern due to other cards that are almost strictly better.

Dragonlord Dromoka, Dragonlord Kolagan, Zurgo Bellstriker, Risen Executioner : I don't have much to say about these, but they are notable.  Risen Executioner is just a hunk of junk, but I felt that I needed to tell everybody that.

Shikiri Raptor: 3/3 deathtouch for 3 mana, already not bad. Megamorph, good. Reanimation? Awesome. This could be the addition to the morph deck that we've all been waiting for.

Atarka's Command : Another one of the overpowered commands cycle. Good in burn. Could be playable in modern. Also maybe but doubtful in standard.

Narset Transcendent: Read the card before reading on. This card is good, definitely. The starting loyalty of 6 makes it extremely difficult to kill. The plus one is card advantage. The plus two is just awesome. Rebound a stoke the flames and you got 8 damage. Pure value. The minus nine sort of disappointed me. Minus a number like nine usually means you win the game. But the minus does not even affect the current board state. It works slowly, stopping opponent options. This is playable in modern and standard control decks. Every Blue/White deck in standard should have one of these. It's that good.
